APPLICATION

Serum 01: Never Not Hydrated (menstruation, follicular Phase, ovulation)

Apply approximately one pump of the serum to the previously cleansed face, neck and décolleté. Allow to absorb briefly, then apply our Daily Dose of Moisture moisturizer.

Apply in the morning and evening.

Serum 02: Clarity in a Bottle (luteal phase)

Apply approximately one pump of the serum to the previously cleansed face, neck and décolleté. Allow to absorb briefly, then apply our Daily Dose of Moisture moisturizer.

Creme 01: Daily Dose of Moisture (all cycle phases)

After applying one of our serums (depending on the phase of your cycle), apply approx. one pump of the moisturizer to the face, neck and décolleté. Allow to absorb briefly.

Each cycle begins with menstruation. The skin tends to be dry and pale.

Phase 2: Follicular phase

(approx. 7-10 days)

The follicular phase begins after menstruation. The skin becomes more radiant, more even and clearer.

ARE THE PRODUCTS SCENTED?

No, all 3 products are unscented.

We deliberately avoid fragrances in our products as they can cause skin irritation, allergies and intolerances.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE PRODUCTS BE APPLIED?

Serum 01: Never Not Hydrated

To achieve the best possible results, we recommend using the serum daily in the morning and evening from menstruation to ovulation.

Serum 02: Clarity in a Bottle

To achieve the best possible results, we recommend using the serum daily in the evening during the luteal phase.

Creme 01: Daily Dose of Moisture

To achieve the best possible results, we recommend using the cream in every phase of the cycle, i.e. daily in the morning and evening directly after applying one of the serums.

WHY ARE THERE 3 PRODUCTS, BUT 4 CYCLE PHASES?

The skin in the menstrual cycle changes constantly along the cycle phases. There are basically 2 opposing skin needs: dry, dull skin in the first half of the cycle and oily, blemish-prone skin in the second half of the cycle.

We made a conscious decision not to develop the products on the basis of a “textbook cycle” of 28 days with one product per week, as only very few cycles are actually 28 days long and not every phase lasts exactly 1 week.

Instead, we have developed our products in such a way that they specifically cover the changing skin needs in the cycle.

Accordingly, our serums can also be used very individually and flexibly and offer you a better tool to really get to know and understand your cycle.

CAN SKIN PURGING OCCUR?

Skin purging describes an initial aggravation of the skin after the use of new active ingredients.

As we use certain active ingredients in our products, skin purging can occur under certain circumstances -it doesn't have to!

In particular, retinal and vitamin C derivatives (used in Clarity in a Bottle), but also niacinamides, can cause a skin purging effect, as these active ingredients increase or accelerate the rate of cell renewal/turnover, which can lead to a clearer and smoother complexion in the long term.

A little patience is required here - if skin purging occurs, the skin should become accustomed to the active ingredients after a few weeks.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRODUCTS FOR MY SKIN NEEDS DURING THE CYCLE PHASES?

Each cycle phase brings specific changes and needs for your skin. In order to choose the right products for each cycle phase, it is important to understand your individual cycle phases and the associated skin changes, and we will take you by the hand and help you to better understand your cycle phases. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE THE PRODUCTS TO PRESERVE THE EFFECTIVENESS?

We recommend storing the products in a cool, dry place and protecting them from direct sunlight. A shady place in the bathroom or bathroom cabinet is best suited for this.

CAN I COMBINE THE PRODUCTS OF THE TRIO WITH EACH OTHER?

Both serums have been specially developed so that they can be used together with our Daily Dose of Moisture moisturizer.

However, we do not recommend to combine the serums with each other.
