Right of withdrawal

(1) If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. a natural person who places an order for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

(2) In this case, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

(3) In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, FEMALIGN UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sudbrackstraße 12, 33611 Bielefeld, Mail: management@femalign.de, Tel.: +49 157 51110328 by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

(4) In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
